OFFICIAL RULES – THE GENTS PLACE LEAWOOD SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Kansas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Gents Place, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The promotion begins on February 6, 2025, and ends on February 28, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter:
   • Purchase Entry: Individuals who purchase an annual membership at The Gents Place Leawood during the Entry Period will receive one automatic entry into the sweepstakes.
   • No Purchase Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email to:The Gents Place Leawood – Sweepstakes Entry

     Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2025, and received no later than March 5, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

4. Winner Selection & Odds: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 6, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: One (1) signed Patrick Mahomes jersey (Approximate Retail Value: $2,000). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Gents Place reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via phone or email within 5 business days after the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants grant The Gents Place permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
   • The Gents Place reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control that affects the integrity of the promotion.
   • The Gents Place is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
9. Dispute Resolution: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes must be resolved individually in the courts of Kansas, and entrants waive the right to class action claims.
